With September almost over and the summer rush coming to a close now's an excellent time to prepare for the next peak season. There's only one month to go before we see the holiday rush begin and we urge you to take this time to review your online and physical inventory.

Export a copy of your FillZ inventory for easy comparison to your physical stock. Need to make edits? Click here for instructions on how to edit existing items in bulk. An accurate and easy-to-find inventory means faster processing time and more fulfilled orders!

Important eBay Updates

New Shipping Terms - eBay very recently introduced two new shipping terms to the existing Standard and Expedited options. eBay now offers One-day shipping and Economy shipping with a defined estimated delivery time of 1 - 10 business days. Standard Shipping now has an estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days, and Expedited shipping offers delivery within 1-3 business days. As always, the estimated delivery displayed to buyers will be the shipping time plus your handling time.

Q: How does FillZ currently support this?

A: FillZ currently exports Standard and Expedited shipping options. Until FillZ offers support for the One-day and Economy shipping, we recommend adjusting your handling time to reflect the most accurate estimated delivery time. Go to 'Settings' -> 'Marketplaces' -> 'Configuration for eBay' and choose the appropriate time period from the 'Maximum Dispatch Time' menu. Save, and perform an Update All.

New Duplicate Listing Policy - Starting October 26th, 2010 eBay will be enforcing a new Duplicate Listing policy to prevent search results from being dominated by multiple duplicate listings of the same item from the same seller.

Q: How can FillZ help me adhere to this new policy?
