Who's a Super Saver Shipper? - FillZ is now able to determine which prices in our Amazon competitive pricing data are those of Super Saver Shippers. If you'd like to compete against Super Saver Shippers in a particular way, contact us with your request!
1, 10, or 100! - In addition to Super Saver Shipping flags, we can also determine how many copies of a title a competitor has for sale on Amazon. If you'd like to modify your script based on a competitor's quantity, let us know!
ValoreBooks Order Confirmation - Earlier this month we announced that we completed our support for ValoreBooks by adding support for order confirmations and tracking numbers. When you move your Valore orders to "Shipped" status in FillZ, we will automatically send confirmations to Valore. When Valore has processed the confirmations, your orders will show as confirmed in your Valore seller account.

I changed my passwords on the marketplaces. Do I need to update FillZ?
Yes!
If you have changed your marketplace username, email address, or password, you will need to update the marketplace's configuration page in FillZ.
Go to 'Settings' -> 'Marketplaces' -> 'Configuration for ___' and ensure the fields match your marketplace account details exactly.
Remember to save your changes!

How can I make sure my prices don't fall too low?
If you're using a Re-pricing Script and you have inventory of differing values, try using the cost field to set an individual item's absolute minimum price. Ask us to add a rule to your script that will ensure your price never drops below cost!
