Do I need to have an account with Amazon to use FillZ?

Sellers are not required to have an account with Amazon. We will still use Amazon bibliographic data when we list your items. However, if you wish to list on any of the Amazon marketplaces you will need to be registered under a ProMerchant account.

Do I have to pay Marketplace fees in addition to FillZ's fees?

You will still have to pay fees directly to all marketplaces, in addition to the monthly subscription fees FillZ charges.

How long does it take for FillZ to send my inventory changes and sold listings to the marketplaces?

Typically, it takes less than 30 minutes for FillZ to export inventory updates to your active marketplaces; however, each marketplace does have its own processing and indexing timeframe.

    Do you integrate with Endicia?

    Yes. You must be registered for an Endicia Premium account. We can also fully support Best Manifesting and Clippership (IBS). We offer limited support for Stamps.com, and USPS Shipping Assistant, but highly recommend Endicia Premium for seamless integration. If your postage solution is not in this list, please contact us.

    Do you accept inventory files from Amazon?

    Yes. While importing you will want to use the Amazon- Tab Separated format. You can also import your inventory in the following formats:

    How does the risk-free trial work?

    You can try FillZ for free for 30 days. If you decide that FillZ isn't for you, all you have to do is contact us and we'll deactivate your account. You are under no obligation to pay for the time spent on FillZ, should you decide to cancel before 30 days have elapsed. If you decide to stay with FillZ beyond the trial period, you'll receive an invoice for your first 30 days on the 5th day of the following month.

    Can I list my auction items?

    FillZ is unable to support auction items at this time.

    I have my own website, can you manage my inventory and orders there too?

    Our clients are able to configure e-commerce sites using a Custom Setting within their FillZ accounts. Please contact us for more information.

    How does "Intelligent Pricing" work?

    Our Intelligent Pricing tool is fully customizable. All re-pricing logic is applied using JavaScript. If you're not familiar with Javascript, don't worry about it; our Developers can take care of your scripting needs to make your listings the most competitive and margin-conscious.

    Can I automate inventory and order processing?

    Yes. We can give you access to our FTP over SSL service to automate inventory, re-pricing and order management. Access to our API may be granted for order management only.

    Can I use this service if my business is located outside of North America?

    Yes. You have the option of sending prices as-is to be displayed on each marketplace in the currency of that market. Otherwise, you have the option of using customized currency conversions to be applied to your listings before they hit the marketplace. If you reside outside of North America, please contact us for more information.

    Is my inventory safe with FillZ?

    Yes. In fact, it can't get much safer than with FillZ. Does your current solution back up your data across 3 servers? Every update that occurs in FillZ is replicated instantaneously on a separate server. Once a day our system takes a snapshot of your inventory and stores it on a third server. In addition to hot back-ups in FillZ, you always have the ability to download your entire inventory in a variety of formats either from FillZ or from your active marketplaces.
